Whether you’re looking to customize a new gun, tune up and optimize a gun you already have, or see if you can get that antique back up to operational condition, we’re here to help. Our gunsmith services listing is not exhaustive, so if you have a special requirement, please contact us to speak to a professional gunsmith.

Oil & Clean

Either a field strip & clean including the bore, or a detailed cleaning of all individual parts including ultrasonic cleaning. May be covered by FSP*, if applicable.

AR-15 Services

Maintenance rebuilds, aftermarket triggers, tune triggers, thread barrels, install flash hiders or brakes, tune gas port, install & tune gas blocks, pin & welds, install new barrels with extensions, & more.

Minimum Charge

All gunsmith services have a minimum charge of $25.00

Normal Labor

Our standard labor charge will vary depending on the complexity of your requirements

$75 hourly

Machine Shop

Projects that require extensive machining will incur our ‘Machine Shop’ hourly erate

Cleaning Services

  • Minimum Charge: $25

  • Normal Labor Charge: $45 – $65 per hour
  • Machine Shop Work: $75 per hour
  • Rifle/Shotgun Cleaning: $60
  • Ultrasonic Rifle/Shotgun Cleaning: $90
  • Ultrasonic Handgun Cleaning: $75
  • Cleaning of heavily carboned, rusted, or dirty guns will incur an extra charge

Handgun & Rifle Sights

  • Handgun Sights Standard: $45
  • Handgun Sights Expedited (3 hours or less when possible): $65
  • 1911 with staked front sights: $85
  • Rifles – mount & foresight: $45
  • Expedited rifle mount & foresight (48 hours or less when possible): $65
  • Mount, foresight, & sight-in at 75 yards: $80 plus ammo cost (20 rounds or less)
  • If firearm or sight was purchased at GAT Guns, deduct $10 for services.
