"No steel case or steel core or aluminum case ammunition is allowed on the range. BRASS ONLY!" ... because GAT wishes to maximize their resale profits of your used brass, and having to sort out steel or aluminum cased ammo would be a step too far in their scheme to profit. Went to check out the store and use the range for the first time during the holiday, everyone was very helpful and friendly. The range was nice, and the guys got us setup quickly considering the holiday and it being our first time there. Looking around for a new CC weapon and Raul was very helpful in showing us various options and providing his insight and experience with many of the firearms. Settled on the firearm and Diamond the cashier was very friendly and pleasant while handling the final transaction. Great experience from beginning to end. I just called for some information...about the current situation on bans. The wonderful young lady I spoke with was very well informed, and friendly. Great customer service! After explaining to Nicole that something felt off on a particular issue with a purchase she went above and beyond to make the situation right within her capabilities. Came in Black Friday with my brother-in-law to shop around for a good CCW. The place has a lot of firearm and accessories selection, and the prices were great (if paying with cash). Jose was super helpful and knowledgeable about shotguns and Glocks. Had fun trying stuff out and talking with him. Don't quite get some of the hate on here. They have a great new and used selection. Decent accessories and ammo. They are well staffed, some grumpy old timers but you never have to wait too long to get assistance.
