Firearms will be held for up to 28 days upon return arrival. After 28 days, the order will be canceled and restocking fee assessed. Firearms are subject to a 25% or $100 restocking fee, whichever is greater.

All other items will be held for up to 10 days upon return arrival. After 10 days, the order will be canceled and restocking fee assessed. In-store products are subject to a $10 restocking fee, per item. Special Order items from our suppliers may incur a restocking fee up to 100% of the purchase price

• Returns and exchanges are not available for firearms, ammunition, gun powder, blackpowder, primers, airguns, blackpowder firearms, optics, electronics, safes, pepper spray, gift cards, used or discounted products, services or labor.
• No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances for firearms purchases.
• Returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase date.
• Returns and exchanges require a receipt and photo ID.
• Return and exchange items must include undamaged original packaging and all accessories.
