We offer store warranties on new and used firearms

G.A.T. Guns, Inc. warrants the original retail purchaser of the product, that the product purchased will be free of defects in workmanship or material.

Limited Lifetime Warranty Cost

  • New Gun: 5% of selling price with $25 minimum

  • Used Gun: 10% of selling price with $25 minimum

What will GAT Guns do if you discover a defect?

We will repair, or have repaired, any defect in material or workmanship without charge to the original purchaser for as long as you own the firearm. This includes shipping costs for warranty repairs sent to the manufacturer.

The GAT Guns Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to the function of the firearm only and does not include optics, electronics, lasers, lights, tritium sights or accessories that are mounted to or integrated in the firearm.

What is not covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty?

The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover any damage or condition determined by GAT Guns to be caused by:

  • Unauthorized repairs, disassembly, adjustments, or modifications
  • Carelessness, negligence, misuse, or unsafe handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Failure to properly or reasonably store, use, or maintain the firearm
  • Hand-loaded, reloaded, re-manufactured, or defective ammunition

  • Inspection and test fire fees will apply when no defect is found

  • Any problem attributable to lack of/incorrect maintenance

  • Shipping and handling fees will apply when no defect is found
