Empty Hand Self-Protection

The Empty Hand Self-Protection program, comprising Phases 1 through 4, equips unarmed individuals with the skills and confidence to assess threats and apply effective self-defense techniques without the use of weapons. The program also introduces retention tactics, teaching participants how to maintain control of their own weapons and disarm attackers attempting to use weapons against them. With a focus on both offensive and defensive strategies, the course prepares participants for real-world scenarios where weapon retention and unarmed defense are critical.
