Weekend LiveScan Fingerprint Appointments
Use this to schedule your weekend LiveScan fingerprint appointment. If your fingerprints are for purposes other than a Concealed Carry permit, please provide the correct ORI and Purpose Code issued by your employer.

If you are attending a Concealed Carry class on the same day, you do not need to sign up in advance for fingerprinting — it will be handled during your class.

Please note: You must have a valid Illinois driver’s license with an address that matches your current residency at the time of your appointment.

When you arrive, please visit the write-up counter upstairs with your emailed receipt, and meet with the fingerprint technician.

Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

• If you need to Cancel or Reschedule a class, you must call the store: 847-428-4867
